Sometimes life throws a curveball and presents challenges. These challenges might be affecting your relationships, work/school life, motivation, or your emotional well-being, and they can be overwhelming and stressful! Maybe you’ve gotten to a point where you feel stuck and like no one else will ever really understand. I’m here to tell you that you are not alone! Together, we can identify the stressors that are weighing you down and learn skills to help change those negative patterns to pave the way for a more fulfilling life. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and difficult life transitions, among a number of other issues. Life stress takes a toll on both the mind and the body, and my goal is to take a holistic approach in working to bring health and healing to all aspects of your life. You might be wondering what therapy with me (or in general) looks like, and the answer is that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach! Whether you’re looking for support or direct feedback, I can get you where you need to go and love opportunities to think outside the box. I use a number of different models and techniques in my work, consisting of both cognitive and body-based work like EMDR, yoga-based therapy, and other mindfulness practices. I strive to bring my personality and sense of humor into sessions as much as appropriate, and my goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental relationship to walk with you on your journey.
