Janice Browning

Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee


Janice Browning is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, and a graduate student at Cambridge College. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients. She has developed a strong desire for helping clients move past their pain and suffering. Her goal is to work as a collaborative partner with the client to foster a sense of wellness in a supportive environment that restores, empowers and supports the client. Janice is committed to empowering the client with the desired skills needed to move forward in their life knowing that they possess the skills necessary to fulfill their purpose and enrich their lives.

She delights in working with a diverse population of individuals, couples, children, and families. Janice uses various theoretical modalities that best address the individual needs of the client. Her work with clients experiencing trauma has been instrumental in her obtaining additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Janice is passionate about utilizing this evidence-based technique to address the needs of her clients who are experiencing complications associated with traumatic life events
